When will payment for my order be captured?

At Socialto, we want you to have the best online shopping experience with us. That is why we have implemented capturing your payment once your tracking information is provided by us.

Once you enter your payment information during checkout, these funds will be authorized and placed on hold by your financial institution for up to 7 days until we capture your payment once your order has been fulfilled. This insures that you receive a tracking number before we capture your payment for a peace of mind that you will receive what you ordered.

Rest assured that your payment information is secure, we do not have access to your payment information which is stored securely by Shopify Payments (the leading E-Commerce provider).
