When Can I Expect to Receive my Order?

You can expect to receive your order within 7-15 business days of purchase for U.S orders and 16-21 business days for orders from other countries. Our warehouses are located in United States and Asia. Due to any existing promotions, and high demand for certain products, you may receive your product within 21 days. Due to delays with customs and circumstances such as holidays beyond our control, shipping may take longer than expected. 

 What Methods of Payment are Accepted, is it Secure?

All payments and information are secured. We accept Visa, Amex, MasterCard, Paypal, and Apple Pay. Please check our Privacy Policy for more information.

What is your Refund and Return Policy?

Refunds and returns are NOT acceptable for FINAL SALE and promotional itemsOur policy lasts 30 days from delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. ONLY Non-Promotional Items are eligible for a return, and refund.

Where is my FREE Item?

All FREE + Shipping items may take longer to deliver due to the high volume in orders.  Please refer back to your tracking number when waiting for your order.  If you have not received your FREE + Shipping items please contact us.  FREE items that are not paid with shipping WILL NOT BE DELIVERED.  You must pay shipping to cover your handling and insurance cost.

 What is the Insurance?

Insurance covers accidental damage and/or missing item(s) during the shipment process. Due to the nature of international shipping, damage and/or missing items during transit cannot always be entirely avoided or predicted. Should such a situation occur, and provided you have paid for insurance during the order checkout, we may contact the shipping company directly on your behalf to claim financial compensation.

 Why Did I Receive My Order in Multiple Shipments? 

We ship your order as soon as possible.  That is why our average processing time for orders is 1-3 business days.  Items are shipped as fast as possible once passed through our quality control test.  Some items require longer preparation then others.  Thus, they may ship in different packages and in different times.
